While we provide extensive financial support, the following services are not included in the Basic Finance package:

  • Presentation at board meetings, cash management, budget development, or forecasting.
  • Payroll and timesheet processing.
  • Onsite activities such as making bank deposits or scanning correspondence.We are a fully remote team.
  • Management of your physical files, or of digital records unrelated to audit readiness.
  • Vendor negotiation or management.
  • Donor acknowledgments or donation record entry into your CRM system or other database.
  • We do not issue your IRS Form 990, but we will work with your auditor to prepare supporting schedules and data to assist with its completion.
