While we provide extensive financial support, the following services are not included in the Basic Finance package:
- Presentation at board meetings, cash management, budget development, or forecasting.
- Payroll and timesheet processing.
- Onsite activities such as making bank deposits or scanning correspondence.We are a fully remote team.
- Management of your physical files, or of digital records unrelated to audit readiness.
- Vendor negotiation or management.
- Donor acknowledgments or donation record entry into your CRM system or other database.
- We do not issue your IRS Form 990, but we will work with your auditor to prepare supporting schedules and data to assist with its completion.
Can you help with financial reports for grants and funders?
Yes! We prepare grant budgets, expense tracking, and financial reports required by funders. We ensure compliance and can support both internal and external reporting needs.
