While we provide extensive financial support, the following services are not included in the Bookkeeping package:
- Presentation at board meetings, cash management, budget development, or forecasting.
- Payroll and timesheet processing.
- Onsite activities such as making bank deposits or scanning correspondence.We are a fully remote team.
- Management of your physical files, or of digital records unrelated to audit readiness.
- Vendor negotiation or management.
- Donor acknowledgments or donation record entry into your CRM system or other database.
- Generation of grant budgets or custom financials for grant reports.
- Support for audit correspondence or document requests. We maintain complete documentation.
- We do not issue your IRS Form 990, but we will work with your auditor to prepare supporting schedules and data to assist with its completion.
